-Increased behavioral difficulties
-Needs assistance with turning in bed
-Exhibits incomplete sentences and thoughts
-May exhibit swallowing difficulties
-Requires more passive activities
-May be candidate for Restorative Aide program |

-Requires more in-depth assessment of overall nutritional needs |
